A pedestrian was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver Tuesday night in New York City. According to DNA info the man was intoxicated. He had just come out of a limo and he fell on the ground before being hit by a car. The fatal car accident happened on Jerome Avenue near the Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.
