A couple of days ago, I was pulled over for speeding while I was on my way to court. Considering that anything I say on this blog can and will be used against me in a court of law, I don't think that I was actually speeding. Anyway, as soon as the officer asked me for my license and registration, I politely informed him that I was an attorney and that I was on my way to the courthouse.  He was not impressed.  Nor was he aware, apparently, of my privilege from arrest in these… [read post]
